Returns and Exchanges:
30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received and in original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
- Contact us at tamsbrink@gmail.com to request a return.
- If accepted, arrange and pay for return shipping to: Tamara Brink Art 59-343 Pupukea Rd. Haleiwa, HI 96712
- Once received and inspected, a full refund minus delivery charges will be issued.
Damaged Products: Inspect your order upon receipt. If defective or damaged, send photos of the damage, the entire print, the package label, the inside and outside of the packaging, and any visible damage to tamsbrink@gmail.com. We will address the issue promptly.
Exchanges: Return the item for a refund, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
